“Remember, the lesser of two evils is still evil. And the enemy of my enemy is not my friend“ - Penn Jillette.
TL;DR; The American Ruling Class has became extremely detached from reality, living their lives of fabulously rich decadence in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, New York City & Los Angeles, with no reason to care about anyone else. Because the only way people can rise is through pleasing The Powers That Be instead of merit, especially with the media, people become fatalistic & lose hope. This is combined with lonelieness, the culture wars & economic pessimism, which helps fuel political radicalism, with some people giving up on their own free & prosperous western civilization & working with totalitarian regimes of China & especially Russia.

Now, I’ll also talk about Decadence.
What is Decadence? Is it a triple-chocolate cake? Is it giant Roman orgies with peacocks on the serving table, with people vomiting up their food so they could wolf down another round?
The Definition of Decadence that I’ll be using for this article is a combination of complete & utter irrationality, the inability to deal with the real world, & the complete lack of ethnics & morals from the powers that be who want to detach the populace from reality, & why this is a danger do not only Western Civilization, but to all of human freedom & prosperity.
I’m concerned about the West’s lack of confidence in itself, with people turning to extreme ideologies in hopes of changing anything or out of simple nihilism, & even the danger of a a potential fifth column backed by the West’s enemies, namely China & especially, & I mean especially, Russia.
Before you read, if you haven’t done so already, see
A Study of Decadence(When Societies Commit Suicide).;

Paradoxically, I criticize Western Wars not because I hate the West but because I love it. I do not want the West to send its sons & daughters into death in wars. Neither do I want the West to discredit itself & alienate foreign nations from an incompetent &/or corrupt foreign policy.
A reason to support the West over Russia or especially China is the simple fact that you’re reading this & I’m not dead or incarcerated. In Western countries, you have freedom of the press to criticize the government’s foreign policy. The same can not be said in Russia or especially China.
Part 1: Decadence in Western Civilization.
"A shared subset of decadence, which is the sheer disconnect from fundamental reality that's manifested here through the utter inability to deal with the real world of literal barbarians coming in destroying everything the people loved.
Decadence comes in many forms, whether in overt or insane luxury, belief in bizarre & backwards fads, & the list can go on.
But on all the fundamental bases, it's an inability to come to terms with the reality that's staring straight at you, & instead preferring to hide behind some culturally constructed vision of the world."
"There is an underlying fundamental logic to how decadence & all its bizarre irrationality works. It is the willingness to put culturally constructed reality above reality itself. In this, process the cultural constructions become bitter at realizing their own weakness & thus try to tear themselves apart while ignoring the outside world that they fundamentally understand they are at odds with."
"When people's actions are judged based on popularity inside their local social communities rather than actually spreading society in the real world, stuff like agreeability, compliance, or being indoctrinated with the values of the society become important. High society becomes a giant court where people try to fake agreeability & kindness to gain allies rather than a war band where people speak & act plainly.
This is definitely something I've seen in successful circles in America where people act overly polite & pretend to be sensitive so as not to offend. Society takes on a more feminine character as this sort of world generally plays into women's hands more effectively.”
"What's happened in each of these decadent societies is that ideological structure is developed to please other people rather than actually accomplish things. These ideological structures in fact try to push people away from the disagreeable real world, instead, trusting their ideological documents above reality as people see it. This is a way to push away the anxiety of knowing the world they've created is fake.”
“The historian Amaury de Riencourt also talks at how the society's knowledge gets categorized in a list of okay subjects to study & have opinions on so society is not intellectually challenged. In Confucian China, this was with forcing the entire elite to study Confucianism in ancient Chinese texts that had no relation to their lives. In India, it was domination by a priest class. And in Islam, it was Al-Ghazali, who came to the conclusion that study the Koran is more important than seeing the outside world, since God determined the outside world at his whim. In Greece & Rome, it was a study of the platonic forms & Epicureanism. In every case, the only way to judge real world problems was to read ancient texts with no space for coming up with new ideas."

What I see this in the antiwar movement is that people seek whatever is self-aggrandizing rather than the objective truth. To this very day, the left thinks that the Iraq War was a war for oil instead of a war to take out an enemy of Israel & Saudi Arabia, that Israel is an American puppet instead of vice-versa, & Marxists simply blame capitalism, which is literally just any economic system that they dislike.
Social justice makes it taboo to hold minorities, rather it be Muslim Arabs (who the Saudis are) or especially, & I mean especially, Jews, to standards or accountability, or acknowledge that minorities (anyone other than white men) can do anything wrong, with for example, Israel’s imperialism & human rights abuses somehow being white people’s fault.
This reminds me of how India & China in the 11th century reacted to barbarian invasions. In India, the Rajas (kingdoms) built temples to please the gods to victory instead of taking on the tactics that made the Muslim conquerors so powerful or otherwise improving their militaries, allowing the Muslims who they outnumbered 100 to 1 to conquer & rape northern India. In China, when the Song Dynasty was facing a barbarian invasion to their North from the Liao peoples, instead of funding or reforming the Army to improve it, the Chinese composed poetry about how badly they wanted to reconquer the North (in China, there was a saying “[Just as] good iron [is not] beaten [into] nails, [a] good man [does] not become [a] soldier". In other words, being an enlisted soldier was looked down upon as a job for losers).
If I present information to someone, especially a leftist, showing that American imperialism is actually Israeli imperialism, if I’m somewhat lucky, a leftist would cop-out & call me a conspiracy theorist without refuting my point. If I’m unlucky, they’ll block me & report me to get me kicked off of social media, considering how many social media companies are located in Silicon Valley, where social justice & leftism absolutely dominate.
Applying social justice to foreign policy, in my opinion, is an example of belief in bizarre fads.
-
"What we see with decadence is a complete lack of interest in other societies. In India, before the Muslim conquest, the Indians thought that they could learn from no other societies & even that speaking to non-Hindus would permanently pollute a person. Muslim visitors described Indians as the most arrogant people they had ever met. When a British delegation arrived in China in the 18th century with rifles, steam engines, & clocks, technology literally centuries ahead of anything in China, the Chinese replied the British had nothing of value to them. The Romans & Greeks literally built their idea of civilization not off any objective measures of development but rather whether other cultures spoke the same language as them. Something that may shock people is that i think the modern west is headed in the same direction."
-
I see this with modern echo chambers, people refusing to speak with anyone outside of their bubbles, & pure irrationality. This is especially strong with leftists, many of whom think that to speak with anyone means that you agree with them & just scream at you & block you if you challenge them. For example, Sargon of Akkad has been given an assortment of labels, such as “Nazi”, “Alt-right sympathizer” & many more simply for debating Richard Spencer (just an example, no intention of promoting Sargon or his views).
-
The powers that be will support decadence so that the people are too distracted fighting with each other instead of fighting the powers that be.
Ever noticed how the social justice movement has taken off in 2014?
I know that libertarianism was gaining popularity from 2008-2012, & I remember in 2012 & 2013 that the alternate media was on a strong upswing, & Tea Party & Occupy Wall Street movements were getting close to figuring out that the corporation between big government & big corporations was the source for so many of our problems.
Then 2014 came, & the Social Justice movement rose. I would attribute it largely to a handful of big corporations trying to get people to obsessively look for microagressions rather than focus on corporate corruption & influence in government. The same companies that talk about racism, sexism, & prejudice towards queers in the Anglophone world don’t do the same in, say, China or Saudi Arabia. Likewise, say, Raytheon would rather have the left talk about trans-issues rather than the fact that Raytheon’s military hardware are used by the U.S. government in unjustifiable wars & that Raytheon sells military hardware to imperialist human-rights abusing states such as Israel & Saudi Arabia.
The Blunt Truth about The Trayvon Martin Case
Dave Smith Explains The Origin of Woke Culture
Do you think the powers that be would rather have us argue over?:
A. How many genders there are.
B. Rather or not vaccine manufacturers be held liable for injuries that their products cause.
If you pick A., you’re correct.
The media just avoids talking about issues such as foreign policy or corptorporacy. I remember in the debates for the 2020 United States Presidential Election that foreign policy wasn’t even talked about at all. Antiwar candidates such as Ron Paul & Tulsi Gabbard are ignored, & if they aren’t ignored, smeared.
The media will talk about dividing issues like abortion, how many genders there are or other culture war issues rather than unifying issues such as corruption. Likewise, the media will put attention on polarizing candidates such as Donald Trump rather than less polarizing candidates such as Ron Paul or Tulsi Gabbard.
(Ron Paul comparison at DuckDuckGo)
And that is even before all of the distraction & controlled-opposition media.
Part 2: Can China & Russia Overpower The West?
"A huge card that could end up helping the Chinese is the crisis of leadership that's currently happening in the west. The western nations are now in a basically religious civil war between the right & left, which consumes most of their population's excess energies. Much of the western elite hates itself so much that it's incapable of acting effectively If the west doesn't sort out its social issues within the next 10 years, China wins.
Incoherent elites have allowed nations which are materially much weaker to make huge gains. The Manchus were able to conquer China with 1/100th of China's population in the 17th century, since Chinese society was so fractious at the time. A similar thing can be said of the British conquest of India, the Spanish conquest of the Aztec or Inca empires or the Roman conquest of Greece."

To paraphrase what was said in A Historian Explains Being Gen-Z., in history, despotism is often buttressed by social isolation & fragmentation. “Freedom is maintained by strong individuals, communities, & values that keep despotisms at bay”. Look at the absolutely unbelievable corruption in Latin America, where people often do not even trust their own neighbors, with similar conditions in Southern Italy. In the entire contents of Africa & Asia, tyrannies were driven by societies where people lived inside of clans &/or tribes & rarely associated outside of their social networks. “If we want our freedom to survive, we need to be able to stem this.“

Overall, more than 80% of survey respondents said they are afraid that they or someone close to them will experience "personal loss or suffering due to the effects" of the opposing party's policies.“ (Majority of Trump voters believe it's 'time to split the country' in two, new poll finds - Business Insider)

I have a feeling that, now in the 2020’s, people’s heads practically explode whenever they’re faced with political views that are different from their own.
Even the non-political YouTuber Mrwhosetheboss has noticed this: I'm worried about humanity's future.
This also reminds me of Nineteen Eighty-Four’s “Two Minutes Hate“, in which members of the Party members express hatred for designated enemies of the Party.

We are a society where there is more talk in the media about some incident in a local school district (Loudoun County) than the fact that our government has created a brutal war in Syria & is complicit in Saudi Arabia’s genocidal war in Yemen.
"What's happened in each of these decadent societies is that ideological structure is developed to please other people rather than actually accomplish things. These ideological structures in fact try to push people away from the disagreeable real world, instead, trusting their ideological documents above reality as people see it. "With average people so cut off from the mega decisions that would determine their lives, they start to become passive fatalistic & lose hope. Populations here stop being proud of their societies & have to be whipped into battle basically. When people wonder why South Italians don't trust their government at all or so much of the money the U.S. put towards Iraq was spent corruptly, it's these were the heartlands of decadent empires that screwed their populations over so much that no one trusts anyone else. This happened to differing degrees around the world depending on how parasitic the regimes involved were."
The Best Example of Decadence And Decadence ex machina.
The Best Example of Decadence
The Media. With the Mainstream Media, combined with the censorship of the Alternate Media by Big Tech, the only way you can rise is by pleasing the powers that be.
In today’s world, "pleasing large social hierarchies that are really the way to get ahead and succeed in society. David Riesman in The Lonely Crowd likes to say that in the 19th century, you became successful through building a factory or setting up a silver mine in the west, while on the 20th it was through rising up in a corporate hierarchy. Most of the people I know went at top universities aren't people that are actually that innovative or brave or people you want to lead, they're mostly just people pleasers who checked off all the boxes.” - The 7 Emotions that Push Civilization.
Decadence ex machina:
Mainstream support of Hillary Clinton even when she supported nuclear war.

The Powers That Be are so detached from reality that they will support Hillary Clinton because her warmongering would support the Military-Industrial Complex, along with Israel & Saudi Arabia, even though they would suffer in a nuclear war.
The medical, environmental, and humanitarian consequences of nuclear war
"Decadent societies often do have a degree of self-loathing & it might be subconscious sometimes, & it might be fully conscious, & the modern west's self-loathing is the furthest out example of this in any in history, & this comes from people realizing the decadent society & the cultural worldview it establishes isn't the real one so people start to loathe that & try to tear away at the society's foundations so that they can get more in touch with reality. But the truth is that such attempts normally do more harm than good because they don't see what societies fundamentally need to survive & what aspects of that society are necessary. It becomes a deep emotional loathing rather than a realistic attempt to reform the society in a way that actually works.”
"The Roman empire is falling & the Germanic barbarians are outside a city in southern France. The defenders don't provide any defenses & are in fact working with the barbarians against their local rivals, only to have their city sacked. It was incomprehensible that the barbarians could be a real threat after Rome had been strong for so long. It had been centuries since non-Roman threats had been in the area. "

I see this with both tankies on the left, along with Eurasianists/Duginists on the right, in which political radicals are supporting foreign states against their own domestic opponents. Left-wingers think their opponents are Nazis who oppose civil rights & want to borderline enslave everyone who aren’t cisgender, heterosexual, white Christian men & are backed by anti-democracy billionaires & corporations while Right-wingers think their opponents are child-grooming Maoists who want to give sex change surgery & hormones to toddlers (globalhomo).
Do you see how this can be a problem?
Differences between the left & right in the west (or at least in the Anglophone world) goes beyond politics. Politics permeates into their very lifestyles, & I’d say that the left & right may nominally be in the same Western Civilization, but are effectively very different societies, kind of like how China & Japan are nominally part of the same East Asian Civilization, but are effectively two societies with two completely different personalities.

So you can really see with the left & right having both different lifestyles & using different definitions, why they absolutely cannot stand each other.
I’d attribute some of this political radicalism to a combination of economic & social factors. The collapse of the middle class, with Millennial & Zoomers not successfully building up wealth & struggling to even pay rent with many being buried alive in student loan debt in America, with unemployment & pessimism about the economy & insolvent welfare state in Europe, is part of what led to the explosion of political radicalism among the young. When it comes to the media, the way the media gets people’s attention is to show members of the opposite sex you’ll never be able to sleep with, events that horrify you & political concepts that alienate you, putting you into a permanent state of fear & psychological arousal, combined with internet echo chambers & North American youths not being allowed to go outside unsupervised.
Above all, I believe that political polarization is caused by loneliness largely caused by digital addiction.
Here’s an excerpt from Is Loneliness Fueling the Rise of Political Polarization in the U.S.? - The Libertarian Republic & Is Loneliness Fueling the Rise of Political Polarization in the U.S.? - Intellectual Takeout:
“Clearly, people on both sides of the political spectrum are scared, each thinking that the other is a threat to their very way of life.
Yet, while each party feels some threat from the “other side,” does American fear stem from something deeper than political leaders?
Hannah Arendt, a German-American philosopher, spent time tracing the demise of a nation into totalitarianism in her book, “The Origins of Totalitarianism.” What I find most fascinating in this book is the connection she draws between loneliness and fear. Loneliness, she argues, has serious consequences:
“What makes loneliness so unbearable is the loss of one’s own self which can be realized in solitude, but confirmed in its identity only by the trusting and trustworthy company of my equals. In this situation, man loses trust in himself as the partner of his thoughts and that elementary confidence in the world which is necessary to make experiences at all. self and world, capacity for thought and experience are lost at the same time.”
In other words, loneliness is harmful to individuals, not because it’s merely unpleasant, but because it leads to a loss of self-identity, and consequently, a real view of the world.
Furthermore, if a person does not have some idea of who they are, they will not be able to make sense of the world around them, and will ultimately become confused, fearful, and unable to function. So they must choose something to identify themselves with if they want to make sense of the world at all and attain some level of inner security.
With depression rates rising and nearly half of Americans feeling alone, it’s clear that an epidemic of loneliness is upon us. Could this loneliness have the same effect on America that Arendt suggested, namely, the loss of “self and world”?
This seems possible. Many individuals no longer have the communal and social connections they once had, such as religion, ethnic culture, and family. The only connection many have left is their political party, and that forms their identity. And because of the closeness this has to their identity, they become more tribal and defensive when that party is attacked.
Today we see a great fear between the opposing political parties. Does this fear come simply from the actions of both parties, or is there a greater loneliness and loss of personal identity at play?”

I’d say that China’s attempts to infiltrate the West are obvious & overall pretty cheesy.
With Russia, it’s the exact opposite. Russia has not only done a good job at influencing & infiltrating the alternate media, worse, is that noone knows about it & there are so few good sources on Russia. The mainstream media is completely hysterical & has no idea about what it’s dealing with.
What is Duginism and why it matters by Freedom Alternative.
Don’t take Freedom Alternative’s word for it. James Corbett has talked about this as well, & Corbett does not like any government period:
Bonus:
Will Vladimir Putin save the world?
Will Vladimir Putin save the world? 2
Basically, Duginism is a strategy & totalitarian philosophy for advancing a dream of a Russia-centric Eurasian world, a Soviet Union 2.0, if you will. Another good comparison would be Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four’s Eurasia (which, in Orwell’s world, has Neo-Bolshevism as its ideology rather than National Bolshevism in Dugin’s world). Part of this is by making other countries like Finland, which are nominally independent, pretty much subservient to the Russian state.
The left & right has done virtually nothing to combat Duginism because they do not know what it is, & partly because they are too hysterical & incapable of knowing what they're up against. Dugin also speaks in a confusing manner on purpose.
Video description:
"Russian ideological subversion did not end with the fall of the USSR - it merely changed its approach. Aleksandr Dugin's "neo-Eurasian" ideology is now targeting impressionable minds of the far-Right in particular - but also certain corners of the far-Left (e.g. Syriza).

“Sadly, there is little qualitative writing in English about Dugin and/or Duginism. Part of that is intentional (Duginism is not meant for English-speakers) & part of that is simply because most of the writing in English comes from fans - which is... problematic to say the least :))“

An article that I highly recommend reading is
Should the Alternate Media Support Putin & Russia?,
though it covers general politics instead of just foreign policy.
-
When it comes to Moscow’s claims of de-Nazifying Ukraine or fighting fascism, if you know about Alexandr Dugin & his ideas, you know that is insincere. It is easier to call your enemy a name & to simply fight an enemy than to fight for an objective value, such as individual rights, for example, which governments don’t do because upholding individual rights would mean going against their own interests (less power for themselves). Hitler can say that was fighting Stalinism. Stalin can say that he was fighting Nazism. Both are militarist totalitarians who do not value human life or even basic human dignity.
Part 3. Will Europe stand up for itself?
I’m worried about Europe & rather or not Europeans will stand up for themselves. The video The 6 Most Extreme Societies Ever(We’re One). from 13:00 to 16:23 talks about how the modern west values harm, or the belief that harming others is the worst thing possible over any other value. I’m worried that western &, by extension, northern, Europe (since Denmark, Norway, & Sweden share the same progressive values about harm & comfort as western Europe) won’t put up a fight against Dugin’s Eurasia considering how the lives of western Europeans have become so comfortable & easy.

Also, in Germany in 2012, there were attempts to ban circumcision which were unsuccessful (this doesn’t give me confidence that the Europeans have the willpower to stand up for values & principles).
-
Look at those comments. Think about them for a minute.
Are you confident that those people are psychologically ready to give up their cushy lives of comfort to confront Russian troops carrying assault rifles, decked out in body armor & camouflage, supported by tanks, armed helicopters & jets?
I’m not prescribing positions that you should have on weapon laws, hate speech laws, social justice, circumcision, the welfare state, or immigration (this blog/forum is only for foreign policy), but I do intend to show my concerns for Western Europe’s mental health, which effects rather or not they are willing to give up comfort to stand up for values & principles.
This is not the first time that Europeans have fallen to barbarian invasions. Julius Caesar has written about how the Gauls in modern day France went soft due to urbanization & contact with Roman luxuries & were losing out to the more savage Germans which had neither. 2000 years, or 20 centuries later, the successor to the Gauls, the French, surrender to the decedents of the Germanic Barbarians, National Socialist Germany, one of the most evil regimes in the world at the time (after the Soviet Union & Imperial Japan), despite the fact that France had a chance of beating down Germany: The Forgotten 1939 Invasion of Germany, What if France Never Surrendered in WW2?. (I think the allies made a bad choice with punishing Germany with the Treaty of Versailles instead of forgiving Germany & working to repair & rebuild it, & everyone made a bad choice with having WWI in the first place. But at least when WWII came, the French could’ve cut the losses by fighting back.)
-
Eastern Europe has more of a will to fight back, but less of the means to fight back due to their smaller populations, along with poorer economies, the exact opposite of Western Europe.
Modern day Northern & Western Europe’s taboos around violence, even in self-defense, reminds me of the Adventure Time episode Crystals Have Power, in which Jake injures his best friend, Finn, in a ‘tough guy contest‘, & after which, Jake has a non-violence vow. Then Crystal Guardians come & take Finn, put him into a crystal bubble, & zap & turn him into a crystal. Jake fails to overcome the Crystal Guardians in time even though he can easily overpower them & rescue Finn solely because of Jake’s pacifism.
This must be weird coming from an Anti-war blog/forum. I’m a non-aggressionist, not a pacifist. The difference is that a pacifist is against all violence or at least war, while a non-aggressionist opposes violence in all cases except for defense.
Part 4: How To Fight Decadence.
I think that there’s are 3 things that we all should do to fight decadence:
1. Have humility/be humble.
You do not & can not know everything. Be open to being wrong & to changing your views & policies if you’re wrong.
2. Look for information & views that differ from your own.
3. Falsify your own positions.
This is how Ryan Dawson is so good at making arguments & avoids nonsense. I remember a video in which he stated that he debates his opponents in his head until his points can’t be refuted.
Create a steel man/strong man argument, in which you argue against the best/strongest version of your oppoenent’s argument or ideas.
Part 5: Why I’m Not A Complete Pessimist.
Admittedly, I have some paranoid fantasies about the world becoming like Orwell’s 1984.
On the Western front, the Russian Army invades eastern Europe. The eastern Europeans fight like absolute demons, preferring death to having their men & boys becoming slaves & their women & girls being raped.
The Russian Army slams into the industrialized, wealthy western Europe. Despite western Europe having the ability to raise high quality militaries & outnumbering the Russians, the western Europeans, being such comfortable & decadent pacifist psudo-hippies, chicken out of fighting. If the Russians were wild bears, the western Europeans are mollycoddled housecats & poodles. The Russian Army mindlessly pillages & rapes Europe, much like it did as the Soviet Army during WWII as talked about in the documentary Hellstorm, or alternately, the Imperial Japanese Army’s Rape of Nanking.
During this time, I’m a conscripted Private First Class U.S. Army (or a Private First Class or, if I survive long enough, a Lance Corporal in the Marines, though I figure that the Marines would be busy in the Pacific. I was a AFJROTC Cadet, so I have a higher rank), assisting my Second Lieutenant (who was once my commanding officer in AFJROTC) with a M240 machine gun, freezing our butts off on the eastern European plane while trying to fend off a barbarian invasion. We are then featured in propaganda, like Privates & Junior Lieutenants in the 1984 film adaptation of 1984.

But in all seriousness, I’m not a complete pessimist.
"Humans are really tough beings when pushed. Having hiked the Appalachian trail from personal experience (sic), I have seen the shocking transformation of relatively soft city people turning into people who can handle shocking amounts of suffering and discomfort."
"I know comparing the Appalachian trail to a nuclear war is silly, but you'd be shocked how people you'd consider to be "basic frat girls" can in a matter of weeks transform into badasses who can walk 30 miles a day, entirely live off ramen, deal with bears and horrifying weather, live without any civilization for a week, improvise failures in equipment and still have the energy to help other hikers in need"

If Russia is struggling in Ukraine, it won’t be any easier if Russia fights any other European country with a substantial population. The Polish Armed Forces is more experienced & better funded than their Ukrainian counterparts, & Polish society is a much higher trust society than Ukrainian society, with far less corruption & better social cohesion.
The United Kingdom & France are nuclear powers. Germany has a larger economy than Russia by both Per-Capita Purchasing Power Parity & Total Purchasing Power Parity. I think that Germany is a screwdriver’s turn away from building a kickass army in a similar way that Japan is a screwdriver’s turn away from being able to build nuclear weapons. Remember that 80 years ago (from the time that this article is published), Germany had the best army on the face of the planet. The main thing holding Germany back is psychological, as that as a reaction to the World Wars & the Holocaust, the Germans are obsessed with not doing harm.
Then again, Perun seems to me to be a merely less-biased source, & I do not consider him to be true alternate media. He could either be a propagandist himself or, more likely, duped by propaganda.
Part 6: Ways The Free World Can Strengthen Itself.
You’re free to disagree with me if you wish to do so. I promise to keep this blog/forum a foreign-policy focuses blog/forum & not a general politics blog/forum. These are just ideas I have for the Free World to strengthen itself.
1. Adopt a Swiss-style militia system. Allow civilians to keep service rifles.
2. Invest more in nuclear power.
When it comes to concerns with nuclear power, see

End mandates for Experimental Gene Therapy for the Wuhan Bat Lab Flu. Anyone whose fit enough to be in the military are threatened more by 5.45x39 or 5.8x42 (or the classic 7.62x39) more than the Wuhan Bat Lab Flu.
Part 7: Bonus:
(File:1984 fictitious world map v2 quad.svg)
Eastasia (People’s Republic of China & Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), ruled by Emperor Xi Jinping of the Xi Dynasty & his buddy Kim Jong-un of the Kim Dynasty. State ideology: Legalism (法家), Xi Jinping Thought (习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想), Juche (주체사상)):
Eurasia, AKA Grand Duchy of Moscow, AKA Muscovite Empire (Russia, Belarus, Transistria, Abkhazia & South Ossetia, & maybe Kazakhstan & parts of Eastern Ukraine). Ruled by Czar Putin the Terrible, Philosopher Alexandr Dugin & Domestic Intelligence/Secret Police Chief (FSB Director) Alexander Bortnikov. State ideology: National Bolshevism (нацболы):
(National Bolshevik Party flag)
(Coat National Bolshevik Party)
(Flag of the Eurasian Economic Union)
(FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov is perhaps the closest man to Lavrentiy Beria the head of the dreaded NKVD during Stalin’s era. Other men who could be said to fill the role would be Presidential Security Service Commander Alexey Rubezhnoy, Federal Protective Service Director Dmitry Kochnev, Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Justice Minister Konstantin Chuychenko, Federal Penitentiary Service Director Aleksandr Kalashnikov, Customs Director Vladimir Bulavin, & Prosecutor-General Igor Krasnov; Law enforcement in Russia - Wikipedia.
When it comes to flags, the 1984 movie version of Nineteen Eighty-Four depicts Oceania as using INGSOC’s flag & logo, so I guess it’s plausible for the National Bolsheviks/Eurasianists to do the same, with the Eurasia using the National Bolshevik Party flag & logo).
Oceania (State of Israel, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United States of America, North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, Republic of Korea, Republic of China/Taiwan, Japan, Commonwealth of Australia, and New Zealand):
(corporate-america-flag.gif. Made with Kazam & LibreOffice.)
Eurasia Anthem (based on Paul Robeson's adaptation of the State Anthem of the Soviet Union. Replaced “Soviet“ with “Eurasian“, “Stalin“ with “Putin“, & “Lenin“ with “Dugin“):
I
United forever in friendship and labor,
Our mighty republics will ever endure.
The Great Eurasian Union will live through the ages.
The dream of a people, their fortress secure!
Chorus:
Long live our Eurasian motherland, Built by the people's mighty hand.
Long live our people, united and free!
Strong in our Friendship tried by fire, long may our crimson flag inspire,
Shining in glory for all men to see!
II
Through days dark and stormy where Great Dugin led us,
Our eyes saw the bright sun of freedom above,
And Putin, our leader, with faith in the people,
Inspired us to build up the land that we love!
Chorus
III
We fought for the future, destroyed the invaders,
And brought to our Homeland the Laurels of Fame.
Our glory will live in the memory of nations,
and all generations will honor her name!
Chorus
